The client relationship exists solely between Valuation Professional and the party directly engaging our appraisal services (“Client”).

All appraisal services are performed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and California state regulations.
2.3 Appraisal Materials
“Appraisal Materials” include all documents, photographs, measurements, sketches, and data collected during the appraisal process. These materials are the property of Valuation Professional, and Clients receive a limited license for their intended use.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Valuation Professional and its licensors own all intellectual property rights to the website’s content, including text, images, graphics, logos, appraisal reports, and other materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the website content and appraisal materials for personal, non-commercial purposes or as specified in your service agreement.
